Shipping policy

We currently ship only within the United States.

Free US shipping on orders of $75+. Orders of $75 or more shipped to a US address get free standard shipping. It's applied automatically at checkout, so no code is needed. Express shipping isn't included.

US shipping rates. For orders under $75, standard shipping is a flat rate based on what's in your cart.  Our items can ship from different places, so if your cart mixes item types (say, a polo and a hat), the rates for each type are added together. You'll always see the exact total at checkout before you pay. Express shipping is available on many items for an extra charge. You'll see it at checkout if it's offered for your order, and it requires a phone number.

How long will it take? Tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats and stickers are made to order just for you by our print partner. Most US orders arrive in about 5–8 business days, though times can vary. Cutter & Buck polos and zips are custom-made with our embroidered Yella Bird logo and usually ship in about a week, plus delivery time. These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons (like the holidays), carrier delays and weather can add time. If your order includes both kinds of items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking your order. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If your order ships in more than one package, you'll get tracking for each one.

Address issues, lost or damaged packages. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Since most items are made to order, we may not be able to change an order once it's in production, so email us right away if something needs fixing. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged or wrong, email us at store@yellabirdgolf.com and we'll make it right.
